Applications
The fan is primarily suitable for ventilation and air replacement in high-rise buildings, factories, power stations, stations, sports centers, and other places that require medium to low pressure and high-volume air flow.
Product Manufacturing Process
For ixed-angle roof ventilators, the cross-shaped framework of the impeller is crafted from steel through stamping and hydraulic forming processes. The blades, made from aluminum alloy, undergo stamping and hydraulic forming as well. These blades are then riveted to the cross-shaped framework to form the complete impeller assembly.
All impellers undergo rigorous static and dynamic balance correction procedures, ensuring a balance accuracy of no less than G5.6. This precision guarantees the stability and reliability of the impeller during high-speed rotation, reduces vibration and noise, and enhances the overall performance and service life of the fan.
