Product Machining Process

The fan impeller and volute are made of high-quality galvanized steel sheets. All components are produced via moulded processing and assembled using riveting and lock-key techniques. This ensures a clean and smooth surface without welding deformation. The impeller undergoes static and dynamic balancing, achieving a balance accuracy of no less than G5.6.
