Product Description
Characteristics and Applications
There are two ventilation types: the single-direction SDS and the bi-directional SDS (R). The SDS (R) model offers electronic and mechanical switching options, allowing the fan to reverse direction and reach rated speed within 30 seconds.
The fan's performance, corrosion resistance, reliability, and economic indicators meet the requirements for use in water conservancy projects, highway, railway, and metro tunnels.
Machining Process
The jet fan should be directly driven by a motor, featuring an aerofoil axial-flow impeller. A streamlined inlet guide is installed on the air intake side of the impeller. Tubular silencers should be fitted at both ends of the fan section, connected via high-strength bolts. For safe operation, steel safety guards must be installed at the fan's air intake and exhaust ports.
Types
Jet fans come in two types: single-direction and bi-directional reversible. The single-direction type is typically used for one-way ventilation, though it can reverse in special cases, with a reverse thrust of 50% - 70% of the normal thrust. The bi-directional reversible type can be used for two-way ventilation, with roughly equal thrust and airflow in both directions.
