Product Overview

The HL3-2A mixed flow fan features a cone-shaped twisted blade design with meridional acceleration characteristics, welded to the hub. The inlet is integrated with a streamlined bell-shaped silencer and connected to the wind cylinder, with internal guide vanes ensuring good airflow distribution and stable pressure. This fan combines the characteristics of both axial and centrifugal fans.

Product Overview

Available in single-speed, dual-speed, and variable frequency drive (VFD) configurations, the VFD option uses an inverter-duty motor with a frequency converter to adapt to different operating conditions, with a recommended frequency range of 25Hz–60Hz. An explosion-proof version with an Exd IIB T4 rating is also offered for hazardous environments.
To meet varying noise requirements, the fan can be equipped with silencers of different lengths.

Product Manufacturing Process

The fan impeller is made of steel, with the hub formed by hydraulic stretching and the blades shaped by stamping and hydraulic forming. The blades are welded to the hub to complete the assembly. The impeller undergoes static and dynamic balancing, achieving a balance accuracy of no less than G5.6.
The outer cylinder flange is formed by overall spinning and flanging.
