The HTF Type Axial Flow Fire Smoke Exhaust Fan features an axial flow design with a high-temperature resistant motor. It has passed the high-temperature test in accordance with GA 211-2009 and has obtained the mandatory 3C certification from the Fire Product Certification Center of the Ministry of Public Security. This fan can operate continuously for over 60 minutes at a medium temperature of 280°C and can run for 20 hours at a time at 100°C without damage. It is suitable for both ventilation and smoke exhaust.

Product Overview

The fan is available in single-speed, dual-speed, and variable frequency drive (VFD) configurations. The VFD option utilizes an inverter-duty motor equipped with a frequency converter to adapt to different operating conditions. It is advisable to set the frequency conversion range between 25Hz and 60Hz. Additionally, the fan can be designed as an explosion-proof model with a rating of EXd IIB T4 Gb to meet the requirements of hazardous environments.
To accommodate the noise requirements of different locations, the fan can be fitted with silencers of varying lengths.

Product Manufacturing Process

The fan impeller is constructed from steel, with the hub formed by hydraulic stretching and the blades welded to the hub. The impeller undergoes static and dynamic balancing to achieve a precision of no less than G5.6.
The outer cylinder flange is formed through an integral spinning and flanging process.
