The PYHL-14A mixed flow fire smoke exhaust fan is an upgraded version of the HL3-2A fan, featuring a high-temperature resistant motor. It has undergone rigorous testing in line with GA 211-2009 and has secured the mandatory CCC certification from the Fire Product Certification Center of the Ministry of Public Security. This fan is capable of operating continuously for over 30 minutes in environments with a medium temperature of 280°C and can function for 20 hours at a time at 100°C without sustaining damage. It serves the dual purpose of ventilation and smoke exhaust.

Product Overview

The fan is available in single-speed, dual-speed, and variable frequency drive (VFD) configurations. The VFD option utilizes an inverter-duty motor equipped with a frequency converter to adapt to varying operational conditions. It is advisable to set the frequency conversion range between 25Hz and 60Hz. Additionally, the fan can be designed as an explosion-proof model with a rating of Exd IIB T4 to meet the requirements of hazardous environments.
To accommodate the noise requirements of different locations, the fan can be fitted with silencers of varying lengths.

Product Manufacturing Process

The fan impeller is made of steel, with the hub formed by hydraulic stretching and the blades shaped by stamping and hydraulic forming. The blades are welded to the hub to complete the assembly. The impeller undergoes static and dynamic balancing, achieving a balance accuracy of no less than G5.6.
The outer cylinder flange is formed by overall spinning and flanging.
