SWF Series High-efficiency Low-noise Mixed Flow Fan

Product Overview

The SWF mixed flow fan is designed using the meridional acceleration method. Its conical hub and specially designed housing effectively reduce outlet noise. This fan achieves a 2-3 dB(A) reduction in A-weighted sound level compared to conventional ones. It can provide relatively high pressure even at low speeds, making it a viable alternative to low-pressure centrifugal fans.

The SWF fan comes in single-speed (Type I) and dual-speed (Type II) variants to meet different operational requirements. The dual-speed model, powered by a dual-speed motor, offers two-speed regulation. Additionally, the fan can be equipped with an inverter motor and controller for stepless speed control, with a recommended frequency range of 25Hz–60Hz.

Product Overview

To meet the needs of explosion-proof environments, the fan can be designed as an explosion-proof model with an EXd IIB T4 rating. It can also be fitted with silencers of varying lengths or designed in an enclosed style to suit noise control requirements in different settings.

Product Manufacturing Process

The fan impeller is made of steel, with the hub formed by hydraulic stretching and the blades welded to the hub. The impeller undergoes static and dynamic balancing to achieve a precision of no less than G5.6.
The outer cylinder flange is formed through an integral spinning and flanging process.
